Transformational leaders stimulate the mind, create a work style that identifies issues, and analyze causes to solve problems effectively. For all members of businesses and organizations’ Transformational Leadership Development Consulting Project Team, the Transformational Leadership training course is held at businesses and organizations’ offices and locations. In addition, students nominated by businesses and organizations to attend the Transformational Leadership training course do not include the Transformational Leadership Development Consulting Project at businesses and organizations’ offices and locations.

What is transformational leadership? Why transformational leadership? Characteristics of transformational leader. Transformational leadership model. Transformational leadership elements. Transactional leadership elements. Disadvantages of transactional leadership.
Day II
The non-leadership factor. Other transformational leadership models. Transformational leadership approach. Transformational leadership versus transactional leadership. Transformational leadership and charisma. Examples of transformational leadership.
Day III
Apply transformational leadership. Transformational leadership exercises.
