TRAINING METHODOLOGY
DRN highly appreciates and encourages students to prepare to read materials before class and actively participate in class discussions. Interactive instructional methods such as case studies, exercises, and activities will be used throughout the sessions.

PARTICIPANTS

For all members of businesses and organizations’ Organizational Effectiveness Consulting Project Team, the Organizational Effectiveness training course is held at businesses and organizations’ offices and locations. In addition, students nominated by businesses and organizations to attend the Organizational Effectiveness training course do not include the Organizational Effectiveness Consulting Project at businesses and organizations’ offices and locations.

OBJECTIVES OF THE TRAINING COURSE
Students understand the foundations of organizational effectiveness; models, approaches, and methods for evaluating organizational effectiveness; capacity areas, capacity-building methods, success factors, and challenges in building organizational effectiveness. Understand all the components and processes that create organizational effectiveness.

OUTCOMES OF THE TRAINING COURSE
Use organizational effectiveness methods, approaches, and tools to enhance organizational effectiveness. Apply the practice of building the organizational effectiveness model to increasingly improve organizational effectiveness.

Internal process approach. Approach a strategic group of advocates. Competing values approach. Meaning of evaluating organizational effectiveness. Models and methods for evaluating organizational effectiveness. Why build capacity? What is capacity building? Build capacity for organizational effectiveness. Different organizational capacity areas and components. Elements of organizational effectiveness. Leadership capacity. Management capacity. Technical capacity. Adaptive capacity. Success factors for effective capacity building. Challenges in building capacity.

Day II

Organizational effectiveness as a phenomenon. Organizational culture and organizational effectiveness. Models of organizational effectiveness. Process model of organizational effectiveness. Principles, tools, and methods of the organizational effectiveness model. Determine organizational effectiveness.

Day III

Apply the organizational effectiveness model.
