Servant leadership (Servant leadership is different from service leadership) is a leadership style and approach based on values and humanity; with relationships based on the foundations of love, mutual respect between the leader and followers/subordinates, leader’s sacrifice for followers/subordinates; having love, mutual respect, and sacrifice will create many very positive things in an organization. Servant leadership is an interactive process of attributes, characteristics, qualities, behavior, attitudes, conduct, actions, and leadership and management skills intended to serve and sacrifice for followers/subordinates first, stakeholders, and the community. Servant culture creates one of the best values in an organization, community, and society; it positively influences the organizational climate, leadership style, and working style throughout the organization; it promotes high productivity and performance achievement, and much more. Followers/subordinates are considered internal customers, so it is important to prioritize serving them first.

DRN will select an appropriate servant leadership model/framework and use one or two servant leadership questionnaires (including a 360-degree organizational leadership assessment) to survey each component in the framework/model, reporting survey outcomes and interpreting scores for each item of each component of the framework/model; analyze and synthesize to create a consulting, training, and improvement plan for each item of each component of the framework/model with a low average score across the company, suggests and implements servant leadership solutions and uses appropriate servant leadership tools and management tools throughout the consulting and training process.
