Collaborative leadership is a process approach that requires a collaborative environment to be created first and motivates people to participate in all organizational activities and planning partnerships. The leadership team implements cohesion and human development, management development, and leadership development; unites skills, operations, expertise, processes, management systems, resources, information, and communication. Plan vision, strategic goals, and strategies; implement strategic plans; delegate, create influence, build leadership and management teams; teams work and communicate effectively in the process of strategic plans implementation, always unite the organization internally and the organization with partners and stakeholders to achieve success in organizational cooperation with a high sense of responsibility to achieve vision and strategic goals.

COLLABORATIVE LEADERSHIP TRAINING COURSE

TRAINING METHODOLOGY
We appreciate and encourage students to prepare to read materials before class and actively participate in class discussions. Interactive instructional methods such as case studies, exercises, and activities will be used throughout the sessions.

PARTICIPANTS

For all members of businesses and organizations’ Collaborative Leadership Development Consulting Project Team, the Collaborative Leadership training course is held at businesses and organizations’ offices and locations. In addition, students nominated by businesses and organizations to attend the Collaborative Leadership training course do not include the Collaborative Leadership Development Consulting Project at businesses and organizations’ offices and locations.

OBJECTIVES OF THE TRAINING COURSE
Students understand the foundations of collaborative leadership and the collaborative leadership model to enhance the skills, qualities, characteristics, and behaviors of a successful collaborative leader to be able to lead organizations, departments, teams, and groups in a correlated way; increase leadership effectiveness, change, and collaboration within the organization and with stakeholders, communities, and society; learn lessons, exercises, activities, and methods to practice collaborative leadership; influence organization-wide; improve the network of relationships, mutually beneficial communication, shared collaboration on implementation of strategies, correlation of responsibilities and commitments, integration of processes and department, developing partners, etc.

OUTCOMES OF THE TRAINING COURSE
Apply collaborative leadership practices through the use of collaborative leadership tools and methods to practice the steps in the collaborative leadership model.

PROGRAM CONTENT AND SCHEDULE
Day I

Distinguishing management from leadership. Defining collaborative leadership. Collaborative leadership model. Common qualities of effective collaborative leaders. Common skills of effective collaborative leaders. Characteristics of a successful collaborative leader.

Day II

What is collaborative leadership? Critical issues for collaborative leadership. The effects of collaborative leadership. Collaborative leadership in practice.

Day III

Practice collaborative leadership.
