SERVANT LEADERSHIP
Servant leadership (Servant leadership is different from service leadership) is a leadership style and approach based on values and humanity; with relationships based on the foundations of mutual respect between the leader and followers/subordinates, leader’s servant for followers/subordinates; having mutual respect and servant will create many very positive things in an organization. Servant leadership is an interactive process of attributes, characteristics, qualities, behavior, attitudes, conduct, actions, and leadership and management skills intended to serve followers/subordinates first, stakeholders, and the community. Servant culture creates one of the best values in an organization, community, and society; it positively influences the organizational climate, leadership style, and working style throughout the organization; it promotes high productivity and performance achievement, and much more. Followers/subordinates are considered internal customers, so it is important to prioritize serving them.

We appreciate and encourage students to prepare to read materials before class and actively participate in class discussions. Interactive instructional methods such as case studies, exercises, and activities will be used throughout the sessions.
PARTICIPANTS
For all members of businesses and organizations’ Servant Leadership Development Consulting Project Team, the Servant Leadership training course is held at businesses and organizations’ offices and locations. In addition, students nominated by businesses and organizations to attend the Servant Leadership training course do not include the Servant Leadership Development Consulting Project at businesses and organizations’ offices and locations.
OBJECTIVES OF THE TRAINING COURSE
Learners understand servant leadership philosophy, principles, characteristics, behaviors, models, and outcomes.
OUTCOMES OF THE TRAINING COURSE
Learners understand the servant mindset and servant leadership aspects; and understand the philosophy and principles of servant leadership that positively impact their life and their organizations. Apply servant leadership principles and models and practice servant leadership development through the characteristics of servant leadership in life and work.
